We know it works best to establish norms at the beginning of the year, but sometimes issues arise later in the year that need to be addressed. The following circle script is to be used when you face issues with distracting behavior in class. Instead of focusing on the negative behaviors, you are going to focus on helping your students express what they need in class in order to learn. No matter the issue this circle will bring these things to light, help people express what their needs are, and create norms to move forward positively.
