YEAR 1

  • 2-day Restorative PBIS workshop for school teams

  • 1-day Restorative Supervision workshop for classified staff (yard and campus supervisors, classroom aids, para professionals)

  • 3 - On-Site Coaching visits per school (Laura can visit 2 to 3 schools per day)

  • Follow up online coaching for each school monthly

YEAR 2

  • 1-day Restorative PBIS workshop for NEW staff

  • 2-day IIRP "Intro to Restorative Practices & Using Circles Effectively" training for teachers & administrators

  • 1-day Restorative Supervision workshop for classified staff (yard and campus supervisors, classroom aids, para professionals)

  • 3 - On-Site Coaching visits per school.

  • Follow up one on one monthly online coaching for each school

optional: Tier 2 & 3 Behavior Supports Webinar Series for school teams

YEAR 3

  • 1-day Restorative PBIS workshop for NEW staff (co-training with YOU so you learn how to bring this in-house)

  • 2-day IIRP "Facilitating Restorative Conferences" training for administrators, counselors, and other staff who respond to disicpline issues

  • 1-day Restorative Supervision workshop for classified staff (yard and campus supervisors, classroom aids, para professionals)

  • 3 - On-Site Coaching visits per school.

  • Follow up one on one monthly online coaching for each school

optional: Tier 2 & 3 Behavior Supports Webinar Series for school teams
