When bullying has occurred within a classroom it is recommended that you hold a smaller conference with only the students involved to repair relationships and prevent shaming. The focus of a classroom circle should be "unmet needs" rather  than "harm."  The following script is an example of a topic that addresses ‘unmet needs’ and feels universal to the group without targeting one student.
