MONDAYSÂ 10-11:30 AM PDT

Practice the restorative skills you want to use more effectively in real situations.
Four live, interactive 90-minute sessions designed to help educators and school leaders move beyond simply learning about restorative practices — and spend time actually practicing them.
Whether you’re new to the work or already using restorative practices in your school, you’ll have space to learn, try the skills, ask questions, and learn alongside others.

Practice with Laura
Â
Knowing what restorative practices are is one thing. Actually practicing them is another.
In each Skills Lab, I’ll teach and model the skill, give you time to try it, and invite you to learn from the experiences and ideas of other educators in the room.
This is a supportive, practical space to experiment, ask questions, refine what you’re already doing, and keep getting better — without judgment or pressure to get it perfect.
Is this for me?
The Skills Labs are a good fit if you…
- want more opportunities to actually practice restorative skills, not just learn about them
- are newer to restorative practices and want a supportive place to build your skills
- have some experience and want to refine or strengthen what you’re already doing
- value learning from other educators and school leaders working through similar situations
- want a practical, no-judgment space to try things out, ask questions, and keep growing

This Is Where We Practice
You may already know what restorative practices are. You may even be using them in your school.
But knowing about restorative practices is different from actually practicing them.
The Live Skills Labs are a place to try the skills, refine what you’re already doing, hear how other educators are handling similar situations, and keep getting better together.
No judgment. No perfect answers. Just practical practice with people doing the same work.Â
