Hi, I'm Laura Mooiman.
I've spent my career helping schools address challenging behavior, overwhelmed staff, inconsistent discipline, and the feeling that everything eventually lands on the administrator's desk.
I'm a school social worker, former district administrator and the creator of Restorative PBIS®, which brings restorative practices and PBIS together into one practical schoolwide system.
I've worked with schools and districts across the U.S. and internationally, helping educators move beyond disconnected behavior initiatives and build systems that are predictable, relational, and sustainable.
