USING DATA FOR DECISIONS

Where, when, and who? Learn how to collect, analyze, and use data for targeted solutions to behavioral issues at your school!

UNDERSTANDING BEHAVIOR

Why do kids misbehave and what can we do about it? Examine function of behavior and how trauma and disability impact the brain.

4.

PREVENTING CHALLENGING BEHAVIOR

Create safe, predictable school environments and manage antecedents and setting events.

5.

RESPONDING TO CHALLENGING BEHAVIOR

Learn how to use collaborative and restorative responses to behavior so behavior actually improves.

6.

DE-ESCALATION

Learn techniques of body position and  tone of voice to diffuse a situation. Use restorative conversations following crisis events to repair harm and restore relationships.
